Cheddarmites

Cheddarmites are surprisingly yummy. For those who don't know what I'm talking about; a cheddarmite is a cheese scroll with Vegetmite spread through it. Vegemite is a spread that is extremely salty (something of an Australian Icon even if the company producing it is no longer Australian owned) and seem to be something of an acquired taste.

Vegetmite, tomato sauce and cheese. On toast. Bliss.
