Funny, I only realised that people made so many locked posts after I got a livejournal. I can be extremely oblivious ^^;;;

For awhile there I felt like no one was reading lj... then I found out my RL friends, and people I liked online all had lj accounts. That was a bit of an eye opener. As for your website, I found the content on your site to be really useful and well, thoughtful. It's damn hard to find coherent essays on shounen manga outside of ljs. One day (when I finally get off my lazy arse) I'm going to make a site and I'm going have to beg you for those essays you wrote for your website. And yes, layouts was just getting to be a bitch to do.

I think that's exactly it, I was being dragged into stupid fandom wars becos of the series I liked, and the layouts I did. Bah, stupid conflicts that doesn't actually do anything. With lj I can sit in my little corner and just enjoy talking with ppl I find intelligent and interesting. Much more nicer. And sinceI'm not famous I'm pretty much below the radar for conflicts ^^
