More X-Men 2 RANT
I've thought about this and I've come to the conclusion that I just didn't like the X2 movie. I don't hate it, but I just don't like it. In fact, if we want to be picky about it I'm fucking bitter and disappointed about the film. The special effects fucking bored me, the story line was unbelievably bad, and certain action scenes fucking dragged on.
People did things that didn't make any logical sense, instead of bawling my eyes out at Jean's sacrifice, I fucking kept on asking WHY? WHY THE FUCK DID SHE STEP OUT OF THE PLANE?!?!! Are they expecting me to believe that an intelligent woman like Jean would leave the safety of the plane when she could've EASILY used her powers to stop the flood long enough to lift the plane off the ground?!! She DIDN'T NEED to leave the plane, she could have easily done this while in the fucking plane.
*Takes a deep breath* To be fair (yes,I can do it) there were moments in the film that made me happy, but damn it, there's som much that pissed me off as well. At least it wasn't such a fiasco as Spiderman *shudders* Ok, I just needed to vent. Now I shall go and bitch internally about the other reasons why I disliked the film.
