I'm glad I never watched 90210. Be glad. I have to admit I didn't realise who the hell played Derek until I finished watching ep. 9 because I know I had seen him before I just couldn't place him, and then wiki told me all, and I went slightly OMFG!!! But yes, Derek is awesome beyond words; the park scene was awesome, and then there was the scene with the little, where he told her not to watch (hand in covering her eyes) and shooting the other guy in the head. It is the small things about him that gets to me. He is just so awesome and badass, I mean he's this guy who is will do anything (and does) to ensure the survival of the human race, and I JUST LOVE HIM SO VERY MUCH!

I'm pretty sure that's not how it is going to end up, it is just that the future John seem to be a pretty ruthless man who calculate everything and remove all emotions from the equation. I find him kind of terriyfing, and yes, just what the hell does it do to a person that all the major figures in his life are machines, beside Sarah of course. I LOVE this show so very much!
