So, to those of you who had the misfortune of listening to me (more like me emailing you) about my slight interest in a series of books called Alex Rider... OK, I admit it, the whole thing has moved onto obsession level. And of course after a brief search on the internet, Australia, once more, sucks majorly by not having the series in stock, even Borders has failed me. It seems my only option is to order via Amazon. Oh, the hardship.

Also, the movie is kind of Glorious in how bad it is. Alex P is really pretty, and believe me this disturbs me slightly.

ETA: Even Amazon mocks me. Is www.bankstreetbooks.com a secure site to order from?

It feels as if the walls of my reality are collapsing. I'm more freaked out because someone wrote a fic where Pepper's character is replaced by Shia. Yes, Shia Lebeouff. It is as if RL is attempting to validate my fandom life.

It is all very strange. I like to separate and categorise my fanfiction from canon.
