naanima | Iron Man, again.

Just came back from my second viewing of Iron Man. I think the movie got better. Honestly, I missed so much the first time round. It is only on the repeat viewing that I have come to truly appreciate how hot Tony Stark is. Oh, and that the film is just truly awesome in so many other ways. The movie does not lag, the pacing is perfect, the actors are amazing, and the special effects is not the main focus so much as a prop to assist in the experience of the story. Gods, I’m in love with this film.

Jeff Bridges as Obediah Stane is just amazing; I did not think he was the bad guy until he basically showed his hand, and this time around I get to truly appreciate just how creepy he is around Tony. The man does not understand the term personal space.

Pepper Potts is all sort of cool because she is just so competent. And my major kink is competency, whether it male or female form. Gwyneth Paltrow did such an amazing job. I'm still kind stunned by that actually.

Rhody is going to be WARMACHINE in the next film, he has to be!

The question is how they are going to introduce the other Avengers without taking the spotlight away from Tony Spark, Iron Man. I want to watch Iron Man, I don’t want to watch the Avengers (only when the film is actually titled the Avengers).

In a similar vein I really hope Iron Man's main villain will be the Mandarin. I don't care whether it's going to happen in this film or the next film, but he NEED to be in it.

In conclusion, TONY STARK IS AWESOME, and I can’t wait for the SEQUEL!

P.S. Depending how things pan out I will probably start collecting the current Iron Man comics, it is kind of awesome.

OMFG! I NEED TO SEE THIS FILM! AGAIN! NOW!

I am almost tempted to drop another $15 on this film for the THIRD TIME just to verify this fact or not <.<

I went and bought a Grand Cinema card, which basically means I can buy tickets for $9.50. It only seemed to make sense since there is like a plethora of movies I want to watch this winter.

- The Incredible Hulk (EDWARD NORTON!)
- Hancock (Will Smith is awesome!)
- Indiana Jones (I'm so CONFLICTED about this. Please let it be good).
- Dark Knight! (BATMAN!)

We should go and see it for the 3rd time together! And giggle over the shield!

I want to see three of those four films! ...I'm just not sure about Indiana Jones. I mean, Shia LeBeoff, yes, but Harrison Ford just looks SO OLD I'm not sure if I'd be able to take it seriously or not.

....I kind of really want to do this. ...maybe once my bigbang is in beta <.<

I am REALLY worried about Indy because of Shia and the fact that Ford is like in his 60's. And I can't remember who but someone drew a cartoon of what people were really thinking about when they saw the new Indy film preview - "Man, Ford should be in a museum." I LOVE the man, but - but he is OLD!

I think that's a brilliant idea - OMFG! Im so looking forward to the BB fics this YEAR! I still haven't seen the last 3 eps of SPN yet. WIll hopefully get some time this weekend.
