*wry* and how will they define mp3 players anyhow? I've used my phone as one, even though its not very good. That doesn't go into the nasty issues of privacy/confidentiality either, as some people have been known to use their 80gb ipods as portable hard-drives, so any number of sensitive documents or photographs will likely be on it.

I don't think they'll accept it, but I wonder what kind of person actually proposed this.
