- Suikoden 5 is set 150 years or so after Suikoden 4, at least that's what the NPC tells you (the Island Nations Federation was founded 150 years ago by Lino En Kuldes of Obel).
- Falena and the Island Nations Federation are on friendly terms, or at the very least, the Island Nation is neutral in relation to the going-ons of Falena (this, of course, is the party line and not the exact truth.)
- I'm also putting money on the fact that Hero 5 is related to Skald Egan on Ferid's side (almost 100% positive that Egan is Ferid's father). Skald and Ferid have similar hair and personalities, Egan definitely knows Hero 5, the half aborted pat on the head was painful to watch when my brain finally did catch on to all the the hints. In addition, the fact that Georg was on full apologetic mode as he was leaving... well, RELATED! So related. What this all means? Suikoden producers love their royalties and that they especially love the En Kuldes line.
- I'm also 100% positive that Georg did kill the Queen, and that Ferid stayed with her as she died. It makes sense especially if you take into consideration the scene between Ferid and Georg before the Sun Palace was attacked by Dolph and Gizel, and also that Georg was walking around half stunned when our Hero stumbled into him (after Ferid's and the Queen's deaths.) Sucks to be Georg.
- The puppet show about Princess Flare and Pirate Brandeau is hilarious.
- They named the flag ship of the Island Nations Federation fleet after Lino; The Lino En Kuldes, I can just imagine the real Lino having a good laugh at this.
Suikoden 5 continues to break my heart.
