life and Harry Potter fic recs
I think my hormones have decided to go into overdrive. I'm happy one moment and the next I'm a fecking mass of depression and angst. That, or I'm so blurred I can't think straight or communicate. Hmm, I wonder if prozac can be received on demand.
I've also decided that I -must- see Dir En Grey live. I -must-. This is not a new revealation, however, the need have become stronger.
eirivan, I have to see the DVDs soon. Just not this week, but next week, next week, I'll try my hardest to watch them with you.
'Cos people seem to be interested; Harry Potter fanfiction recs. Yes, I read HP fanfics.
A rather new fic; Faded Laughter Against Her Ear. It's Ginny being Ginny on finding a painting of a 15-yr-old Sirius. Post OoTP. Rip my heart out why don't you.
And more Sirius (and Lupin ^^); In Theory. Life after the war (obviously AU now since Sirius, well, you know what I mean). Remus and Sirius and celebration, and Sirius has a plan. A brilliant, beautiful plan. Beautiful. So much hope. Damn you Rowling *goes back to Sirius denial*.
I recommend everything Maya writes. But start with Draco Malfoy the Amazing Bouncing... Rat?. Be prepared to snort liquid (so don't drink) through your nose and laugh until your stomach is about to split open. While you're there check out Underwater Light, it's serious, it's beautiful, and damn it where is the next part.
The Lodger by Mad Martha is set after the war and Harry Potter takes a lodger. Quiet, subtle and real.
For more laughs, read Breaking Tradition. Harry Potter dies at a ripe old age, and an unexpected visitor arrives at his funeral. Hilarious, I was laughing very much ^^
And that's that unless I get asked for more.
