I'm pretty sure I hate Nana.

No, I really can't expand on this feeling or the reasons (though I have my suspicions), it is just this deep, deep, deep wealth of resentment, anger and sheer seething hate for the series. (This is depsite reading 11 volumes of it. However, no more... well, until I stop having the urge to kill, and just maybe it is a love-hate relationship rather than just a plain hate relationship. We'll see what happens when I can think less murderously.)

Really? I've only read the first two volumes--is there anything that happens past that that induces this seething?

It is the characters. Dont' get me wrong, the characterisation is amazingly realistic and it is heart wrenching and really good shoujo. But I have decided a long time ago that a certain type of character will make me seeth with rage at any given time. And Hachi, unfortunately make me seeth with Holy Rage.

(Except when she don't and I want to huggle her to death, but you know, I never said I wasn't a hypocrite when it came to fandom -_-;;)
