HAPPINESS

Teh Boyfriend bought me Suikoden Tactics with the bonus music CD. I ♥ the boyfriend!

I have also been introduced to OZ. Currently I'm still trying to get over my stunned-bug reaction to the series. However, I now wish that all my favourite shows were produced by HBO.

Oz! I watched something like five seasons over two weeks when I got into that.

How far are you in so far? Only the first episode or two?

I'm about the 4th episode in. The series is all kind of awesome, however, the problem is that I dislike most of the cast which makes it a really interesting viewing experience.

:D, dislike the characters or the actors? And dislike in the "he's very interesting" way or in the way where you care more about the story than anyone in it? I love quite a lot of the characters, but really, really would never want to meet them.

Dislike the characters. Don't get me wrong, they are absolutely fascinating but by the gods they are fucking dickheads. So, um, yes, dislike as in they are very interesting but I'd not want to meet them in real life. However, the d00d who ate his mother is absolutely hilarious.

I'm extremely awed by the sheer unflinching way that OZ depict really sick individuals who still, somehow, comes across as very human, and this makes me extremely uncomfortable because truth be told, if this was RL, I'd be all about the death penalty for half of the prisoners (and this by itself makes viewing 'OZ' a very interesting experience. I feel as if I'm in a constant fight with myself; moral meet ethics.)
