velithya and I discovered the first use of pepperony, and it was decided that we require a poll to find out the worst pairing name, ever.

The reason Wincest is not on the list; because it reminds me of incest, which is rather apt if you think about it.

Oh, I mean how with TeniPuri that they started with the Golden Pair, okay, that was in the manga... But then they started making up aaaaaaalllll of these other weird pairing names, to the point where they had dozens of 'em, it seems.

Yes, ALL those pairs, from EVERY school. It was insane. I mean omfg! You leave the fandom for a few weeks, you come back and it you have no idea what couple is what.

Also so many of the names seemed to make no earthly sense.

And let's not forget the fact that people started repeating the same syllables in their pairings for different people, and really, at that point you just have to back off.
