Exactly. There were moments when Caesar seemed to be brilliant and competent but I swear there's this 'young' air about him that make that undermines the competence.

Beside, Albert is definitely more competent. (And oh, it's the character design, the hair, the coat, and that stupid scarf that he somehow manages to make look good.) Definitely more story. That's the one thing I like (and sometime absolutely hate) about the Suikoden Universe, they never tell you everything, but you always get the sense of depth and untold history of people, land and relationships.

Need more backstory.
