Our tinhats started off 2008 shiny enough to fry and egg on, and by the middle of the year the glare from them could be seen from the move. Then Jensen moved in with Jared and we all made a fortune selling sold for scrap.
I DO NOT need a tinhat, they are provided for already.
Warm Regards,

10 Most-Recalled Drama/Sitcom In-Program Placements: Sept./Oct. 2008. AKA Supernatural is AWESOME!
A placement’s “recall score” is the percentage of television viewers who can recall, within 24 hours, the brand/product they were exposed to during the normal course of viewing dramas and sitcoms on U.S. broadcast networks.
Recall scores are indexed against the mean score for all new product placements occurring in the scripted drama and sitcom genres during the time period to calculate a placement’s “recall index.”
A recall index of 100 indicates average recall. A recall index of 230, for example, means that the in-program placement has proven to be 2.3 times as memorable as the average placement during the four-week time period.

This week's Supernatural had a Nielsen TV Ratings of 3.25 million. We are doing very good. So far we have not gone below 3 million yet. To give you an idea about how good we are doing; 3.24 million was the highest rating our show experienced last season, and season 3's average ratings was 2.91 million. We are doing awesome.
Have seen the 90 seconds worth of footage post-credit but have not seen the episode yet. I ♥ Jensen Ackles, and Jared's laugh is the best thing ever. It was PURE GOLD! Just pure GOLD!
Now I sleep in the hopes that when I wake up in the morning SPN would have finished downloading.

Jared and Jensen live together and carpool to work every day. They like to rib each other about who is lazier than whom in the morning, and it's very cute.
*BREATHES INTO BAG*.
TINHATS! OMFG! UNICORNS! RAINBOWS! AND PINK SPARKLES!
TODAY WE WIN THE WORLD!!!!!
I don't care if this get retracted later on. The whole thing have made my day.
ETA 1: From the article:
Another pleasant surprise was that S.E. Hinton, the author of The Outsiders and Rumble Fish, was hanging out with the boys as well. She is a huge Supernatural fan and asked Eric Kripke one day if she could pay a visit to the set, so he invited her out to Vancouver for a couple of days. She told me that she got into the show because she has an interest in paranormal stories, but then just fell in love with it because of the excellent stories and the mix of humor, drama and thrills and chills. Imagine having a fan girl moment with a world-famous novelist!
EEEE!

OK, I have been converted.
However, while Captain America may be difficult to cast I truly believe that Jared Padalecki would make an awesome Thor. You know Thor, who is canonically built like a house at a height of 6’6”. Well, Jared is built like a house and is so over 6’4”. His hair length is almost half way there, just bleach it blond and we have a Thor! Really! Also, I don’t care what the fuck my guy friends says whoever plays Thor need to be able to act, and you know Jared can act.
Pictorial evidence ahoy! I’m going for the Ultimates Thor because the winged helmet in the normal Marvel universe cannot be taken seriously.
( YES!!! Here be PICS! )
The beard can be optional. The only thing Thor needs to be is HUGE and have blond hair. But mostly FOCUS on the arms. Yes, ARMS! And the SHOULDERS and we all know Jared’s hair is MUCH longer now! It can WORK!
You know I’m right. OK, now to work.
SPN fandom is awesome.

I bought Kingdom Hearts 2; I really need to find time to play it and the other 5 or 6 games that have accumulated.

That is, Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki reduce me to strange squee noises because of the cute. News such as JP turning up to JA’s play in Dallas when he has a film to make, and being a complete dork about his disguise - a baseball cap is not going to disguise you when you are, at the very least, 6'4" and is one of the first people to stand up for an ovation. The dork factor makes me adore him that much more.

Look, the whole thing is just really uplifting, OK. They don't have to spend time together, especially with the hiatus happening, and this is not a major PR opportunity (like the upfronts). It is nice to know that they are not just co-workers but really good friends who likes each other. I admit I'm a big girl - I'm one of the biggest saps around, and this whole thing makes me incredibly happy.

Supernatural is the best fandom ever - the fans go out of their ways to help each other, the cast and crew of the show appreciate us. Check this out. I wish I had remembered to post my card whenspn_postcards had set the deadline, will remember to do so next time. It is just awesome that they do things like this to show their appreciation of the fans support, not every show is like this. Also, Jared's lunch is all sorts of awesome.

I am the proud owner of a 20" wide LCD monitor. That's 1680 x 1050 - it is pure heaven! Doses of happiness can be bought with money.
Also, dear gods, watching Supernatural on the new monitor. O.M.F.G. DEAN! SAMMY! JOHN! I stare at the screen with rapt attention. Changing tracks slightly - I feel like a 12-yr-old girl, I'm having crushes on real boys. You must understand, I don't get crushes on 3d/real guys (d00d, I find Brad Pitt unbelievably boring, and the guys on O.C. are a bit of a blur to me, and if you ask me what I think of Welling I have to shrug because while he's pretty he's personality leaves him a bit cold, and really he's not sexually appealing to me). The only time I ever had one of those true 12-yr-old moment was my big gigantic 10-yr-old-girl crush on Jordan Knight (and if you know who he is we can hang our heads in shame together). The point is that while I can find fictional characters attractive (ARAGORN!) I never find their actors half as interesting (we are not counting James Spader because Mr. Spader is above all that, shut up). But fuckingbuttsekks I find Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki (season 2 Jared, because s1 Jared comes across as jail-bait and is just a bit too thin) hot. I haven't reached the stage of watching their old films/television shows because I have to draw the line somewhere (youtube does NOT count, I'm a compulsive clicker and you can't say otherwise). I refuse to watch Dark Angel especially when I could not sit through more than one episode of the series (but ohhh, Jensen Ackles in those glasses... I AM STRONG), and while I enjoyed Gilmore Girls (the bits that I saw) jail-bait Jared is kind of creepy.
So, um, in conclusion I actually think Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are hot (not just their characters) but the actors themselves. Like, I find 3d men hot - they are NOT animated or drawn, this is all very and kind of confusing for me.
P.S. Dear BOYFRIEND, I still LOVE you!

Oh, and mum made me wear red; lots of it, about 20 minutes before New Year, she also made me wear a red belt, because you know, it is my Calendar Year (born in the Year of the Dog.)
Have watched a bit of season 9 of SG1; Ben Browder and Claudia Black is still very hot. No matter how the writers tell me otherwise they will forever be John Critchon and Aeryn Sun to me. As a side note, the current arc is actually kind of interesting. I'm always fascinated with the meta of what defines a God, though as this is Stargate, no doubt the writers will write the series out of a moral and a philosophical corner with little consideration for the actual repercussions. *sigh*
Season 2 of SGA makes me laugh and smile; Rodney is just awesome, Sheppard still make my head hurts (I can’t pin down his character, damn you writers, just give the man a history already,) Teyla kicks much arse as usual, Weir have moments of steel (happiness), and I really, really, really like Ronon. He clicks with the team like Ford never did, though Ford ver2.0 makes me happy in all sorts of ways that is really hard to pin down.
