I have lost approx. 6 kilos since I started my half-ass dieting attempt around 3 months ago, which is so-so. I haven’t gained or lost any weight for 3 weeks now - it seems my weight loss has leveled in relation to the amount food intake. Since I refuse to starve myself (I love food, I refuse to give up anymore than I already have) it seems I’m going to have to do something drastic – I may have to start exercising. I hate exercising.

All the motivation seminars tell me that I need to write down my goals that are realistic with as much details as possible. I present you my exercise regime: 30 minutes of brisk walking/jogging, for 3/4 days per week to be increased to 5 days per week and so forth until I reach 6 days per week, and increase my per session time to 60 mins. I’m going to increase my sessions per week after 3 weeks, at which point I’ll also increase my session time to 40 to 45 mins.

Time Begin: Wednesday 17th of October.
Days: Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, and Tuesday. This may be cut down to 3 days initially dependent how I’m feeling. The whole point of this is to set a regime that I would stick with, and then slowly increase it.

Now to see whether I can stick to this.
