Journals being restored.

They seem to be going through some form of proper review system. About half of the journals has been restored, the other ones are journals I'm actually happy to see go (kind of). Still ambivalent, but at the very least starting to see the light.

6A/LJ has extended an olive branch, and I honestly think users needs to seriously consider taking it up, but at the same time with definite reservation. I want this to work, I'm just slightly distrustful.
