I have been really bad about replying to emails and comments, and my only excuse is, uh, I forgot. No, no, it is the truth, I set aside email/comments that I need to reply to, and then I go off to do something else, and days later I forget. It makes sense. In addition, life have been kind of hectic; work/sleep/stress/alcohol/watching angel when I should be sleeping. It is a vicious cycle I tell you.

It is, it is, it is, *waves arms around* There should be MORE!

5.06 -- The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco
This episode was a lovely balance between laughing till my stomach hurts and wanting to huggle Number 5. Who would have thought; Mexican Wrestlers saves the innocents and the world. Just lovely. Angel being 'un-hero' (lacking the heart of a hero) was both sad and right. Every person count, and if Cordy was there she would have so kicked his arse. Was so happy that they finally explained about the post-man.

5.07 -- Lineage
Oh, Wesley. You poor man. It is interesting that this is the first episode where the possibility of Wesley and Fred worked for me. It was as if everything that had been happening between the two of them in the past two years finally clicked. As soon as Wesley shot his father to save Fred my brain went, 'Ah, so he does love her.'

5.09 -- Harm's Way
D00d! OMFG! I love Harmony. The fight she had with the other secretary was actually cool (chop sticks!) See, because Harmony is there mostly as comedic effect I tend to forget just how dangerous she can be. I was so proud of her for not killing anyone.

5.12 -- You're Welcome
Cordelia Chase makes her Grand Return. Man, she looks hot, love the hair, love the clothes, and damn I have missed Cordy. Angel and Wesley smiles and grins more in this episode than they have had for the past year and a half. Doyle was there; Cordy, thank you for saying the line, 'First soldier down.' That was needed. Lindsey, you weasel, you just had to use 'Doyle' as a fake name. And they KISS the way they are/were meant to. *Happy SQUEE* And Cordy leaves, and I cry like a baby. Thank you.

5.13 -- Why We Fight
I really liked this episode. I love how the issue of a soul-ed vampire siring another is brought to question. Love the submarine, love so many little details about this episode, and I can't exactly put my finger on why. Though I admit, the Nazi Spike was good for a laugh.

5.15 -- A Hole in the World
This episode hurt. I bawl like a baby. It is everything I have been waiting for in the characterisation of Fred. Fred isn't fragile; she survived, for five years, on a world where her kind was killed like animals. She survived through everything that life threw at her and she wanted to survive this. And she didn't. Watching her fight a losing battle was painful. Spike proves that he is a Champion; killing thousands for one single person is madness. Angel proves he cares once more; screw the world, because one individual (Fred) was more important. And I can't decide who was right. Love this episode.

More, later.

ETA: Wow. People take being spoiled very seriously. Not that it is a bad thing. Definitely not, it is just that I have nothing against spoilers, I love them so, so, so, so, so much. Hell, I love reading spoilers. So fun. It is just another thing to highlights personal differences in people.
