1. Rurouni Kenshin: Kenshin no question about it. For me, Kenshin fits every criterion for a ‘Hero.’ I have this deep, undying admiration for Kenshin that borders on obsessive, and even though I know he has faults it doesn’t matter. Ship; nothing in particular, though if I’m forced I’d say Kaoru/Kenshin, or Tomoe/Kenshin.
2. Naruto: Sasuke. Driven and psychotic, and so in need of therapy. Like now. Ship; Naruto/Sasuke (the only one that make sense in my mind.)
3. Berserk: Griffiths. Not every man can sacrifice everything he cared about for his dream. No particular couple though if I was forced I’d say that Gatts/Griffiths is more likely that anything else, but since Griffiths is gone (and it was a platonic thing to begin with), and Gatts is all about kill, kill, kill, and the thing with Caska, highly unlikely anything would happen.

He’s a loving husband, a doting father, and a loyal friend! Why did he HAVE to die! As for couples… Hughes/Roy (shut up.)
11. BLEACH: Renji! Couple; Ichigo/Rukia, for special points; Ichigo/Rukia/Renji!
12. The Vorkosigan Series: MILES! Because the hyperactive dwarf eats into your life and won’t LET GO! And Cordelia/Aral, ‘cos OMFG! Their relationship is such LOVE!
13. Peacemaker: Souji Okita, ‘cos he’s cool, and I cry for his future. Ship; Suzu and Tetsu, ‘cos d00d! It is so tragedy/mind-fuck waiting to happen.
14. Star Wars Extended Universe (the novels are up for grabs ^_^): Admiral Thrawn, ‘cos he’s the coolest OC in the Star Wars novels. Ship; Han/Leia!
15. The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn! He was my favourite back when I was 15, he’s still my favourite now that I’m in my 20’s. Efficient and just so cool. Ship; Aragorn/Arwen, (over 95% of LotR slash makes me quake in fear.)
16. Cowboy Bebop: Vicious. No, I’m not kidding, he really is my favourite character from CB. The only explanation I have for this is because the bits of his past that CB does reveal about him makes him someone every appealing to me. No ship.
17. Hunter x Hunter: Killua. He’s such a happy child, despite the being forced into an assassin thing. Gon and Killua ^_^ Or Gon and Hisoka!
18. Yami no Matsuei: Tatsumi. Mwahaha! I adore Takumi. Muraki/Tatsumi, ‘cos no one said crack pairing can’t work.
19. Suikoden III: The Flame Champion ^0^ Loyal, dependable, and willing to sacrifice it all for the woman he loves. He’s soooo cool. No particular ship.
20. Card Captor Sakura: Kinomoto Touya ^_^ Strong, dependable, and just so cool in that reserved sort of way. Yuki(Yue)/Touya ^_^
21. Vision of Escaflowne: Dilandau, ‘cos the boy was that cracked. Pairing; Van/Hitomi is like a given, BUT! Van/Cerena is my CRACK couple!
22. Fruits Basket: Kyou! Cat! Kyou! Kyou/Tohru/Yuki THREESOME!
23. Houshin Engi: Taikoubou and like every other cast member. No ship, though through one of my cracked period I kept on thinking Taikoubou and Dakki should soooo get together and BREED! I mean, can you imagine THEIR children?! They will be the most Machiavellian of all world leaders ever. Hell, they can probably conquer heaven, earth, and hell in a year, and before they turn 21.
