Supernatural eps can be found here (http://isohunt.com/torrents.php?ihq=supernatural&ts). Just click on the link to the one you want, and it'll create a drop-down box. Save the torrent link to your desktop (unless you think it'll download in one go, or you don't turn your computer off much), click on the icon once it's on the desktop, and then the Bittorrent stuff will take care of itself.

Hint: don't rename the files until after they're saved onto your computer. I did that for a while, and wondered why I was getting so many really weird files that only worked on mplayer.
