So, on re-reading the past few issues of Prince of Tennis I have decided to make a Top 10 fav PoT character list 'cos I'm an idiot who should be doing work -_-;



1. Tachibana - 'Victory Road' is still my ALL time favourite PoT song. I LOVE him! He PUT together a team all on HIS own. He's just great, his understanding, his trust in his team, the trust of his team in him, his PAST! The old dorky hair-do, his new uke-bleached blond look, and the DOT on his FOREHEAD! I love!

2. Atobe - see, it was hard, because I'm a dedicated Ore-sama fan, thus, he should be number one, 'cos he is perfect and great and just Atobe. Yet Tachibana is just WONDERFUL! And so PERFECT because well, he is, but I still ADORE ore-sama!

3. Inui - I admit, it's the sadistic sense of humour, the juice, the bowling experience, his match against Yanagi, his DEDICATION in accomplishing ANYTHING, even if it takes him YEARS! And he was so CUTE! as a kid.

4. Fuji - his 'I enjoy seeing people suffer,' his genius, his sense of humour, his brother-complex, his -not- understanding of the passion for tennis, his newly found understanding, his blind WuXia Tennis, and just well Fuji. For he is one ruthless bastard!

5. Minami - I don't know WHY! I honestly don't. I mean he's practically not even in the series, but I can't help but adore him. I suspect it's the hair and the theory that anyone who can put up with Akutsu and Sengoku on the same team must be something special. But mainly it's the hair.

6. Ryouma - 'cos you know he's the main character, and his snark is something that is wonderful.

7. Shishido and Ohtori - 'cos in my mind they come as a pair. And I refuse to see it any other way. But mainly Shishido because he showed character development! (he's soooo adoreable!)

8. Kirihara - I hated him when he first appeared, but it's hard to hate the DevilPuppy, so, it's love, mad, unreasoning love. Well, and the fact he get away with mouthing at Sanada, and okay, his saving of Yanagi from one major bitch slap ^_^

9. Sanda/Yanagi/Yukimura - It's damn hard to separate the three in my mind. It's practically Pavlovian. Sanada, for his Do Not Piss Me Off thing, Yanagi, for his match against Inui, and Yukimura, for his sheer presence even when he wasn't physically there 99.9% of the time.

10. Mizuki - I confess, it's the DAMN shirt. You know which one I'm speaking of. And let's just leave it at that -_-;
