I'm a nice person. I'm considerate, I'm understanding, and I forgive past transgressions with ease. What I can't stomach is being the target of an attempted manipulation by someone who thinks they are being all 'cloak and dagger' and assuming that I'm stupid enough to fall for it.

d00d, just because I don't participate in mind games doesn't mean I don't know how to play them. I hate mind games. I don't like playing them. So, notice my reaction when I was informed that one of my ex-team members lied about my work ethics, went out of their damn way to drag in my unit coordinator for the rest of my degree. My UNIT Coordinator! I mean I have known about the attempted stab for a few days now (through the other group member). But to have my coordinator phoning up at 10:30am on a Saturday morning asking if I needed assistance in a voluntary academic task because apparently he was informed that I, and my remaining group member have not done any work. It was damn mortifying and embarrassing. I have done the damn work hell, the bloody thing had been completed on Wednesday and edited yesterday. So, after 10 minutes of re-assurance that the work had been done, and replying that yes, this is a wonderful opportunity that can land me a position in one on the top firms in the world, he came to the conclusion that maybe it was all a misunderstanding. Misunderstanding my arse. The bitch tried to sabotage my chance at an academic and job opportunity. But it was fine, because I'm the better person, I can sit back with my dignity intact. I was fine. Honest. Then I come to school, I see her, and she smiles at me and says 'Good luck. I know you'll win.' If she hadn't left than I was going to go for her neck. I can't believe she had the damn gall to act all nice and friendly in front of me after getting my coordinator involved.

Sometime I really hate academics.
