I hate the woman who put SIX pieces of jewelry on lay-by, this is after taking over half an hour deciding to buy them in the first place. THEN, the fucking cow goes and ask the sales assistant to go through the receipt and work out the price manually 'cos she doesn't trust machines. And ALL of this time there are over ten people in the line. So, instead of waiting for ten minutes to buy a b-day present I ended up standing in line for an hour. Fucking inconsiderate bitch. Grr.
