Here's just a few of the series that get overlooked by much of the good authors. I'm not saying there aren't any good author in the respective series, but it's really starting to depress me the amount of crap that get written or NOT written in some of the series. I'm just annoyed at the fact that I can't find any readable fanfiction for the above series, or good fanfiction in the fandoms that I haven't re-read a million times already.

I just want to find a batch of good fics based on any of the above fandoms; it can be het, slash, or with no relationship issues at all, just pure action and plot. I just want something GOOD. So, people, help? Links? Recs? Want to talk to me about any of the mentioned series? Opinions?

Favorite party/multi-player game: I'm one of those player who like to sit by herself in a nice comfy room. lots of caffine, water, and hammer it out with my RPG/turn-base game. But if I have to choose one... hmm, Legend of Mana.

Favorite survival horror game: Silent Hill.

Favorite game ending: Hate to say this, I REALLY hate to say this, but Final Fantasy 8 had the best game ending I've seen so far. I feel dirty.

Favorite game music/soundtrack: Genso Suikoden series, Magna Carta, Xenogears, Chrono Cross, and the list goes on and on.

Favorite game song/tune: "Opening" from Chrono Cross, Aerith' tune, and that one slow melody from Suikoden, the one that get palyed whenever a main character croaks.

Favorite game villain: Nemesis (RE3), 'cos I spent most of RE3 hyperventilating everytime I heard him say "stars..." and I wasn't even playing the damn game.

Favorite game heroine: Jill (Resident Evil 3).

Favorite movie based on a game: Resident Evil. Good movie; hot chick, much violence and nice guns ^__^ The music wasn't bad either.

Ryu or Ken? ...both. They are similar, and how can you ask that question, it's like asking me to choose between food, and well, food.

Resident Evil/Biohazard or Silent Hill? Silent Hill for the pure fear value, and RE for the action and guns ^__^

Zelda or Dark Cloud? Zelda. 'Cos you know, 'Ocarina of Time' was my first ever RPG and will forever hold a spot in my heart. Although I was terribly disappointed when I found out that Zelda was actually Sh- Ok, I'll stop now.

What do you think is the most over-rated game? FF8 by far.

Game you'd like to see be made into a feature film (animated or live action): A nice two hour long Vagrant Story film (hell, OAVs will do). Animated or live action would be sweet, I already have most of the casting done in my head, except I just can't find the right person for Ashley.

Game series you want to continue: Suikoden. I NEED more.

Game series you want to end: Final Fantasy.

Game you'd like to see rehashed with new graphics and features: On the one hand I want to see FF7, VS and the Suikoden games transfered into pretty graphics, but on the other hand, I'm terrified it's just going to screw up the gaming system, and fights are just going to be dragged out way too long. Beside, I'm rather attached to my pixesl, although it would be nice if they did a few really nice FMVs of the important moments in the game.

How do you hold the controller? Do you use just your thumbs? Thumbs. On special occasions (fighting games/at arcades) all digits are employed. Button bash away.

What do you think is the hardest game ever? Haven't found one yet.

Have you ever yelled at a game? Yes. Certain fights in Chrono Cross have forever scarred me for life. But I showed them *cackles*.

Have you ever laughed out loud at a game? Yes. Viktor's many comments make me giggle (Suikoden 1 & 2).

How about cried? Have you ever cried at a game? Yes. Kid's past made me sniffle (the fire, the orphanage, WAHH), Aerith' death made me bawl like a baby, and let's not even talk about my reaction when Gremio and Ted sacrificed their lives saving the Hero.

Your position when you play---on a chair, couch, floor, bed, or other? Couch, curled up.

Everyone has his or her trash-talking moments while playing, but they also have their quirks. An example would be spanking the air in victory or shouting, "WHO'S YOUR DADDY!" What's yours? Kicking random things on the floor and swearing at the screen (not going to repeat here, too rude). Cackling at the screen when I finally beat certain snot-nosed bastards, and screaming 'YOU SUCK!! I WIN! HAHAHA!' and giving them miscellaneous rude finger gestures and th-. I'll stop now.

What type of game would you like to see be made? One more Suikoden game pulling all the rune bearers together would be nice; add twisted plotlines, much deaths and maybe answers to ALL the unanswered questions in the Suikoden world. I can dream.

Here's a scenario: a game is going to be made with you as the main character. What type of game would it be and who would make the game? Direcly taken from amei; RPG EnixSquare and/or Konami. Fear me. I want Tesuya Nomura to do the character desgins, and I'll NOT put any limits on just how far he wants to go with the leather and jewelery fetish of his. Definitely will not.

Here's another scenario: you're going to be sent to a remote island for six months, and you can only take one console and one game. What will you take? Six months... hmm, my PSX and Vagrant Story, becuase that's the one game I still haven't finshed yet, and maybe by the end of the sixth month I can finally work out the timing in pulling off the chain attacks. But if we are talking about ANY game, even ones I don't have and might not come out until, let's say 2005, well, I'd take KINGDOM HEART 2!! And my PS2.


You got to love procrastination. But at least I got in approx 4 hours of psych reading. Go me. Although two of those hours I was slightly delirious. No longer groggy and the world is no longer tilting, but my throat feel raw, and the coughs have started.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find 'Butterfly' the Japanese op to Digimon? And if they can show me the way to the piano version of 'Butterfly' I'll be forever grateful. It's one of my all time favourite songs, and the piano piece is just gorgeous.
