FINALLY got around to see the episode – my general reaction is one of positive squee. That is, my squee is indomitable. Love to this episode - it made me laugh and talk back to my computer monitor several times. Unfortunately I got the copy with approximately 2 minutes of bad visual, but that's OK, I still had the audio during that time.

• Freaky MotW that’s actually scary. The blood red eyes and nothing else is truly creepy. Also, is Randall played by William DeFoe? Because I swear it is the Green Goblin! .


• Eeee! The boys breaking and entering – I love how the one time they are wearing gloves they are caught, even if it is planned is still so priceless. Them fondling those old weapons makes me really happy for some reason.


• Sam’s bitch face here makes me so happy. Also, Jared’s hair is really amazing for this episode – Sam is so pretty.


• Oh NOES! They have been caught by the police! Hmm, on their knees… *koffs*.


• BLUE STEEL! OMFG! DEAN WATCHED AND LOVED ZOOLANDER! I LOVE YOU DEAN!


• Dean: I think I’m adorable. Me (to my monitor): Yes you are!


• Hendrickson! I have missed you! You and your head-game ways – mess with Dean, get that hurt look on his face again! I’m easily satisfied.


• Arrival at the prison – AHAHAHAHA! The chains are way small for Sam, and the one guy who made the comment about one of the boys being their’s - *sniggers*.


• The whole middle bits revolving around Dean being so happy, so at ease being in prison – I just love it. Sam going along with Dean’s ideas until it was time to try one of his was just awesome.


• Dean being big brother – standing in front of Sam and getting into that punch up, and SAMMY LETTING DEAN! OMFG! No matter how big Sam get (GIGANTOR) Dean will ALWAYS be the BIG brother – hehehe.


• Tiny and Dean made me happy, and then I got all sad because I liked Tiny! *sniffles*. Though I am really starting to worry about supernatural things and their infatuation with Dean’s heart. The man can only have so many heart attacks before it becomes way too dangerous.


• Dean bruised up face, the baton underneath his chin… *glazed look*. It is just really hot – damn, the camera and lights love Jensen in this week’s episode.


• The lawyer comes through for them! And Hendrickson gets the short end of the stick – but man, that look on his face is all sort of awesome.

About Hendrickson – I like him, I think I like him more because of this episode. He’s dedicated to his job, loves a good hunt, and is scarily good with getting under Dean’s skin. Sure every demon and their dog knows about Dean Winchester’s weakness, but Hendrickson is human (so far), and he has got Dean’s number so well that it is all sort of awesome. The ignoring of the weird – from his POV it makes perfect sense, eye witness reports that are confusing and jumbled (as if any of the people that were saved would admit to the presence of the supernatural, they would lie and the lies would fuck up any conclusive eye-witness report). Any detective/specialist would tell you that 8 out of 10 eyewitness report counts for shit, this would only be reinforced as witnesses keep on giving mixed and obviously untrue accounts. So, he can’t trust the human factor, he can only trust facts and instincts.

• Facts – death follow the Winchesters, Dean and Sam has been spotted at the scene of several crimes, and is linked to other unsolved murders and crimes.



• Instincts – Sam and Dean Winchester are killers. And you know, Hendrickson would be right.

Things that are out of the norm – the body of Dean Winchester, the dead chick in the bank, the sudden deaths that stop after the Winchesters leaves a town. See, that’s where the plot stumbles, and while I honestly think Hendrickson can chalk it up as inside help, I don’t know how long he can keep it up before he can’t ignore it anymore. In the meantime I’m loving the tension and the sense of a good hunt.
