I LOVED it. Please do not harsh my squee, difference of opinions and all.



1. Jack = Face of Boe. BESTEST idea EVER! Love how they allow John Barrowman to age gracefully, not that he's aging much in real life.

2. Martha Jones is AWESOME - independent, courageous, single handedly saving the world, and she left the Doctor. For those who keep on bitching about Martha Jones not physically saving the world and it being all about the Doctor. Get over it, the series is called Doctor Who, also, despite how awesome Martha is, she's human. She can only what she can be - brave, compassionate, and intelligent. Despite that, she is NOT a 900 yr-old Time Lord with psychic abilities, so unless a logical explanation can be provided on how Martha Jones could have done what the Doctor did, please do tell. Otherwise I don't want to hear it.

2b. Also, I watch the show to see the Doctor saving the world, I adore the companions but they are not my main draw, so I really can't get up the anger or even a smidgen of disappointment.

3. The Master - petty to the last, how I love you for it.

4. The Jones family, gods, I love them, they are so awesome.

5. The Doctor - grieve. What else can I say?

6. Lucy - Gods, I LOVE Lucy! I LOVE her so VERY MUCH! LOVES! She's so insane, yet - there's something about her that screams - POWER BEHIND THE THRONE! I shall await for the next season.

7. The way the episode ended - The Doctor: WHAT? WHAT? - AHAHAHA!

Actually, one thing I would like to say about some of the negativity to the season finale - um, the show is aimed at the younger audience. So no, not really let down by anything.
