Boston Legal is awesome. It is intelligent, funny and is actually quite a challenging watch if you vehemently disagrees with some its views. But! James Spader is hot as ever, William Shatner is hilarious, and I want to be Candice Bergen when I grow up. The woman is awesome, and I have hero-worshipped her since Murphy Brown, actually it was about the same time as I developed girl!crush on James Spader. Hmm.

Got it on DVD. It actually surprisingly easy to binge watch. Mind you, I binge watch everything I enjoy. What got me (beside James Spader) was the content of the show that made me take notice. Love it loads!

I would have to agree, given that I've been plowing through the series.

I find Spader to be particularly hilarious. His general self serving mean-spiritedness coupled with his diving plunges into compassionate humanity make him particularly entertaining.

Shatner gets old after a while, and I don't think his character would be anywhere near as funny if Spader wasn't around.

Haven't enjoyed a series this much in quite a while.

I have awesome taste in fiction (even the gay/slash fanfiction).

*Nods* He's the type of person I would aspire to be if he didn't hate himself so much.

I love the relationship between Alan and Danny because it makes them so much more interesting. Their relationship is the type of friendship I want. But yes, without Spader Shatner's character would get old very fast.

Yay! Once again, I have awesome taste in fiction. I was right about Spooks too. ^__^ (Have been contemplating buying another British series - Life on Mars.)

Is that the one with the guy who end up in the past, and is trying to work out exactly what he needs to do to get back to the future? And he's a cop?

I think I saw an episode or two of that. It wasn't bad ....

That's the one. I really want to see it, I have only seen clips of the series, and the premise just seems really cool.
