So, honestly speaking I wasn't too impressed with last week's season premiere, but this - yes, this is what SPN is about. Freaky children, funny lines, and the brothers being kick-ass hunters; hello show, it is nice to have you back.
- Death by power tool. I cannot watch people die by power tool (or I watch it from behind my fingers). It just freaks me out on a fundamental level. So, props for scaring me so badly right off the bat.
- Sam doing SECRET research! Sam is also a really shitty liar in relation to Dean. This for some reason makes me happy; Sam can lie like a Master during cases but NOT with Dean. Hehehe.
- Dean's road trip, alone, 9 years ago. Ohhhh, FANFICS, where are you?!
- Dean's Gumby comment followed by "Does that make me Pokey?" AHAHAHAHA! I remember POKEY!
- Dean at Ben's birthday party with all the children and ALL the neighbourhood mothers. AHAHAHAHA! The deeply interested look on those women's face, and Dean getting slightly freaked out by them. AHAHAHA! Oh show!
- Chick from last week - she STEALS food, LIKES tomato sauce, and have an attitude! I LIKES YOU! Stay! Be the kickass you are meant to be! But you better have some interesting abilities - I don't want you to be a Mary-Sue. Also, - ANTICHRIST!
- Dean teaching Ben to kick boys in the crotch. Hehehe.
- The mother driving their car into water was horrifying.
- Also, children VERY creepy, those mouth and teeth, and the whole concept of feeding off their mothers is just awesome.
- Ben getting all the other children out first before leaving. OMFG! This kid is so a hunter in the making. I hope he hooks up with Michael and Kat in the future.
- The whole scene in the motel between Sam, the laptop and Miss. Demon Chick! It is pure bliss - we have ANGRY Sam, more truths and secrets being revealed about Mary! I like her so much more now when her amazing fighting has been revealed to be supernatural. Also, I love this natural sense of smugness and superiority all demons seem to possess.
- Lisa is all sorts of awesome; wild during her youth but such an awesome single mum. She reminds me of the first Crossroad Demon and Carmen. Dean definitely has a type.
You know, I love the idea of Hell having different sects, probably a highly evolved political system. It is hell, of course it would have the biggest political system ever, and most complex and useless bureaucracy in the universe. The thought that each group have their own agenda makes much sense - some would want Sam dead like Pride, and others would want to aid him – it is always better to have helped the Future King than to delay his ascension. I just love this whole concept so very much.
HAPPINESS – I LOVE YOU SHOW!
