Awesome.

It is really nice having a Doctor-companion relationship that is not filled to the brim with UST. I love Donna's character; she isn't in love with the Doctor but she is in love with adventure. Also, the whole mime/silent conversation between Donna and the Doctor was fecking hilarious, I could not stop laughing. Tate and Tennant are going to have conversations with their facial expressions. I LOVE how Donna was so proactive about getting what she wanted, that there was no sense of misunderstanding, and that she and the Doctor can become the best of friends without the baggage.

Love - the Doctor admitting his screw up with Martha, that he had treated her badly and that he regrets it. YES!

Donna's grandad is AWESOME! OMFG! I miss my grandad.

The fat-babies are so CUTE! But oh so creepy.

And finally; ROSE! OMFG! ROSE!!!! I did NOT see that coming, I mean I knew she was going to make an appearance but I didn't expect to see her in the FIRST episode. It is interesting that the way they framed Rose is in the same way as they would of a villain. She looked like someone who has been through a war. I would love it if Bad Wolf meant more than just a little beach.

Doctor Who still makes me LAUGH, CRY and be AMAZED by its sheer BRILLIANCE!
