American Idol, and Star Trek

So, American Idol... OMFG! ADAM LAMBERT! OMFG! HOW AWESOME IS HE?! And he DIDN'T win?! WTF?! I mean WTF?! The guy made Ring of Fire hot like burning, and OMFG! He performed with KISS and QUEEN! OK, I know my taste in music differs from most of the population, but seriously this guy has so much talent, just wow. (OK, fine, I'm also extremely biased when it comes to liking rock).

Also, second viewing of Star Trek happened, and the film is still awesome!

Did this dude totally fly under the radar? I know everyone was expecting Adam Lambert to win, so wow, major upset.

Kris Allen won, and the guy is good, but sing songs that is completely different from Adam Lambert. I don't think he flew under the rather so much as everyone truly thought Adam deserved the win because he is that talented. But yes, major upset. I don't mind Kris Allen, in fact I fin his voice soothing, but for me, his songs and his voice is like a one trick pony, and Adam, man, Adam is just pure talent.

I have nothing against the dude. But your parents is right, Kris Allen is boring in comparison to Adam Lambert. Also, Adam is just the better entertainer.

It would appear. I mean from memory Clay Aiken was the runner up for AI, yet for the life of me I can't remember who actually won AI that year, so, yay success!
