I took a stress-test the other day. It was out of 71, I scored 67 (or something). Apparently I might be a candidate for heart disease. I have been told by my mentor and my project leader to take one day off out of the week. Normally I'd agree with them, except you know, a million and one things need to be done here. In addition, it is all very circumstantial, I live through this week and my workload should drop, and I'll be able to take a day off to sleep, and stuff. Mainly to sleep.

Fandom-ish thought of the week: I have always found it interesting that during an orgasm, depicted in yaoi/hentai manga/anime, the uke/or whomever screams 'I'm coming' in English, and 'I'm going' in Chinese (literal translation, and I assume it is the same in Japanese. Do inform me if I'm wrong). It is always the smallest things that fascinate me.

I just realized "damn" is probably the sentence I understand the most of Chinese. (Well, I kept mentally translating as "your mom!")

I'm curious. Add to my vocabulary. If I know how to say "I'm ~~coming~~going, I am just that little bit more enriched in knowledge. XD

Translating as "your mum!"?... MwahahahahahaBWahahahahahaha. OK, that is a good *giggles*.

"I'm going" = "Wu Yao Qu." Though I haven't figured out whether you put 'Le' at the end of that, "Wu Yao Qu Le."
"I'm coming"= "Wu Yao Zhou". Same, whether I put 'Le' at the end of this as well. As far as I can tell, 'Le' doesn't actually do anything so much as just something you add at the end of a sentence (I just say it I never bothered askingmum about it. Probably should.)

And, yes, it is all about the language and the knowledge :P

Yep. Read from the Chinese version of "Haru wo Daite Ita" and a few other random yaoi manga ^__^ It is more "Wo yao qu" *giggles madly* I have known this for awhile but only realised that I have never blogged about it before *horror*. And yes, Epiphany. Spread the knowledge :D

Yup. It's the same in Japanese. they say "iku" (行く) which means "to go"
