stuff i do to destress

I have been tagged by [livejournal.com profile] inu_chan, this is kind of fun.

Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.



1. Read/comment on f-list. As [livejournal.com profile] baka_neko said it is even better than coffee.
2. Play games. Any game, I have even plugged in my old, old, old, pirated Chinese game console to play much Tetris. For Tetris is god.
3. Sex, if it is available.
4. Re-read Hikaru no Go. I name this because I honestly do only read this when I want to de-stress. The whole set.
5. Cry. It is a very cleansing experience.
6. Mess around with Photoshop, or HTML. I have numerous half finished wallpaper/icons/webpage sitting on my hard drive waiting for me to de-stress.
7. Write long essays psychoanalysing fictional characters/plots/events. That hardly ever get posted.
8. Re-read favourite fanfiction. I have a very long list.
