So, you know, I'm not exactly a fan of Adelbert's but omfg! What Julia did was kind of shitty, 'Yes, I'll die and not tell you why, and furthermore I'm going to make you angst about my feelings over Conrad after my death. Sorry darling.' And she loved him too, I no longer doubt it, Julia honestly loved him and it was so sad to see Adelbert in such pain even eighteen years later *sobs*
I had an OMFG!BRAIN!DED! moment when Adelbert touched Yuri’s cheek and he was like, 'Let me protect you this time,' and it was just one of those little perfect anime moment. It made my little fangirl heart cry out in anguish and made me want to bash Julia's head in, even if I do like Julia. Now, I'm in a really strange situation where I'm rooting for Adelbert/Julia yet wanting Conrad/Yuri, it is hard being a devoted fangirl when my loyalties are being so divided.
Anyways, so, apparently Adelbert and Conrad are psychic when it comes to the topic of Julia/Yuri. 'Cos you know, it seems that they both know exactly where each other is going to be when the need arises for Adelbert to throw Yuri OFF a cliff. Apparently the blond knows without a doubt that Conrad will be at the bottom of the cliff, and will CATCH Yuri, and of course Conrad will know that when/where/how to EXACTLY catch Yuri, because he and Adelbert are PSYCHICS!
And I'm like, 'OT3? (4?)' NOOO! DIE BRAIN DIE!
There were so many meaningful glances in episode 49. It can't be DENIED! Even Wolfram saw it!

I'm in denial. =P I'm more interested in the WHAT-IFs and the possible angst.
Never mind what canon harps on, I can't see Conrad as being more as a brother or mentor - bringing Julia's soul to earth in the capacity of protector, with faint nurturing overtones, killed all chance of romance. Yea, special relationship, but something more profound than romance, I reckon.
So yes, I will unashamedly say I just want fluff, which is something I can't see Yuuri sharing with Conrad, by virtue of the fact it makes the relationship almost shallow. o__O So Wolfram fills that gap for me - quite conveniently too, in his set-up as the fiancee. And it's obvious that he's already in love with Yuuri. The possible what-ifs of unrequited love just grabs me.
I am such a sucker for angst.
Therefore, I refute your ship by supporting it. =D Ahahaha.
I'd just like to say that everything you typed in the above commentary made NO sense whatsoever. Therefore, I shall ignore your ship and focus exclusively on c/y.

I kind of like Yuuri/Wolfram as a pairing, too...I think Conrad needs someone to take care of him, although he is quite seme-like...You are dead to me.You need to watch more of it, I'm not sure what was the last episode you saw, but seriously by episode 55 it is like this WONDERFUL dream come TRUE for me, because OMFG! The Yuri/Conrad angle is LIEK!OMFG! Their LOVE IS MEANT TO BE!

When the anime series finally get into the Big Shimaron arc with the boxes and Conrad's plot hook actions I was a MADLY SQUEEING! Yuri/Conrad FANGIRL! Adn then add what happened in episode 49 and I'm on cloud nine.
Conrad is a seme? Really? I have to admit I never saw it ^^;; Too many vulnerblities, and yet enough confidence to let go of control. Because funnily enough Conrad, at times has very little control over his own life. But OMFG! The COnrad.Yuri LOVE!
I think someone should take special care of Conrad because really, the poor boy needs a seme to protect him.I have no idea who Adelbert is. No idea.
